2. Jean Brownlie, born circa 1796 in Govan, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland and baptised on 17 March 1796 in Govan, Glasgow, Lanark, Scotland.

Ann was the daughter of Robert Oakes and Catherine Munro.

 

Research required:

1) To prove that Alexander Brownlie married to Marion Walker is the son of

George Brownlie & Jean Summervell - The naming pattern of "my" Alexander's children fit perfectly but I would dearly love firm proof.

2) If these are my Alexander's parents then I would love to have details on George Brownlie's ancestry.
